Looking back at your journey from 2021–24, what makes your experience at Manas College truly special?

My journey at Manas College from 2021 to 2024 has been truly transformative. What makes my experience special is the institution’s commitment to holistic development rather than limiting learning to textbooks alone. The college fosters an environment that encourages curiosity, practical exposure and personal growth. The supportive culture, combined with strong academic rigour and ample opportunities for skill enhancement, sets Manas College apart, and choosing Manas College has truly been to my advantage.

How did the faculty and learning environment help you build confidence, skills and clarity for your career in Banking and Financial Management?

The faculty at Manas College played a pivotal role in shaping my academic journey and career aspirations. Their teaching methods, rooted in real-world application, helped me gain clarity in key areas of Banking and Financial Management. Through regular presentations, interactive sessions and mentorship, I was able to develop strong communication skills, analytical thinking and professional confidence. The learning environment was both encouraging and disciplined, enabling me to identify my strengths and work on areas for improvement.

You received your first job opportunity through the campus placement drive. Can you share that experience and how Manas College prepared you for that success?

Receiving my first job offer through the campus placement drive was a proud and memorable moment. The college ensured that we were thoroughly prepared through pre-placement training, mock interviews, aptitude sessions and résumé-building workshops. By the time the placement drive began, I felt confident and well-equipped. The practical exposure provided during the course and the continuous guidance from the placement cell contributed significantly to my success.

What key skills, habits or values that you learnt at Manas College are helping you most in your professional life today?

Several key learnings from Manas College continue to support me in my professional journey. These include effective communication, teamwork, time management, analytical reasoning and professional discipline. The habit of consistent learning, along with values such as integrity, responsibility and a proactive mindset, has also been invaluable in helping me excel in my workplace as a DBP Coordinator at OM Logistics Ltd. These skills help me a lot in this competitive era.
